Personal Information and Community service:

Stewart A. Bernstein, Esquire, has been President of his children's elementary, middle and high school PTAs. He is former President of the North Wayne Civic Association, the oldest continuing civic association in the country. Mr. Bernstein also enjoys performing in community theater whose funds support local performing arts and children's education.

Martin S. Kardon, Esquire, is the Chairperson of the Technology Committee, which has installed computer labs and training programs for city children, and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Philadelphia. He served for many years as General Counsel to the Lower Merion Affordable Housing Corporation which developed affordable housing for the elderly. Mr. Kardon is the father of four children and an avid back country and desert hiker.

Brian P. Pincus, Esquire, is Secretary of and General Counsel to the Boxing Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a public charity that provides scholarships to needy amateur boxers to further their educational and vocational pursuits. Mr. Pincus is a Licensed Professional Boxing Manager and advises both amateur and professional boxers. Kanter, Bernstein & Kardon, P.C., has been a prime sponsor of The Philly Boxers Run and The Boxers Ball since their inception.

Our firm has also sponsored scholarships by supporting The William Penn Cluster Scholarship Fund. This organization is dedicated to helping students reach their greatest potential by awarding scholarships for achievement in scholastic endeavors.
