Martin (Marty) S. Kardon is a nationally recognized leader in nursing home abuse and elder neglect litigation, with over 35 years of experience across Pennsylvania. He served as Chair of the American Association of Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group and is a trusted advisor to attorneys nationwide.
He has been quoted by The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Consumer Reports, holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers annually since 2012.
Marty began his career as an Assistant City Solicitor for Philadelphia and has focused exclusively on nursing home abuse litigation since 1988.

Brian P. Pincus is an attorney at KBK Law with decades of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and contract matters. He was trained in the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office and later served as counsel to a major auto insurance company before joining the firm in 1985. In addition to his litigation work, he advises clients in residential real estate and related legal matters. Mr. Pincus holds degrees from Temple University and Delaware Law School, including advanced study in taxation, and has long been involved in professional and community organizations throughout Philadelphia.
